Something wrong right now?
We’ll tell you honestly whether this can wait until morning.
If it can wait until 8 a.m., we’ll say so on the phone, and you’ll pay the daytime rate. We charge more at night, and you’ll be told exactly how much more before anyone is dispatched. It doesn’t change based on how bad it looks.
Before you call anyone, shut the water off. The main valve is usually on the garage wall, outside near the front hose bib, or in the water heater closet. If you smell gas, leave the house and call the gas utility.

Any hour. Tell us what you’re seeing. - We tell you if it can wait.
If it can wait until morning, we say so, and you pay the daytime rate. - You know who is coming.
Name, photo and the time window, before the knock.

Who is coming
Nobody knocks on your door that you haven’t already met.
Before your appointment you’ll get a message with the name and photo of the person coming, and the time window. Marked truck. Company shirt. If someone shows up who isn’t the person we told you about, don’t let him in. Call us.

Ryan Nunez, owner. He holds the Utah licence this company works under, and he’s on the About page.
Check us
You shouldn’t have to take anyone’s word for it.
- Ask for the licence number and the insurance certificate. Both come the same day, and you can check the licence yourself on the state’s public lookup.
- The guarantee is a page in your hand, signed, before we leave.
- There is one price to find out what’s wrong. You’ll be told it on the phone, and it comes off the job if you hire us.
- Nothing starts until you say yes. Not one part, not one hour.
- We work in St. George, Washington, Hurricane, Santa Clara, Ivins, La Verkin and Toquerville. We don’t cover Mesquite or Cedar City.
Where we work
Seven towns, and the rules change at every city line.
The plumbing code is the same across Utah. The lawn cap, the watering hours, the lighting rule, the power company and what is in the water are not. Each town has its own page, and every fact on it names the document it came from.
Your association has its own rulebook on top of the city’s. We have read the documents for ten communities here, down to the section number and the revision date.
